Terms and conditions

I. General

The Terms and Conditions below apply to the sale of guided tour services, carried out by Mr Romain Bréget, through the micro-enterprise "The French Battlefields Guide" - located at 9 rue du Haras, 14400, ETREHAM, registered under the number SIRET N ° 90236759800015.

In accordance with the regulations in force, the guide holds the Professional Guide Card N ° GC 1475011 P, issued by the Ministries of Tourism and Culture. The issue of this professional card is subject to the conditions set by Articles R. 221-1 et seq. of the Tourism Code.

II. Prices

The prices of the visits appearing on the site www.french-battlefields.com are expressed in euros (€). The services will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect on the day the order is registered. As a micro-enterprise, VAT is not applicable, article 293 B of the CGI.

III. Payments

Orders are paid for :

by bank check ;
by credit card ;
by cash

No deposit is asked. The reservation of the service is final as soon as you give me your name and contact information necessary for the invoice. The payment is made the day of the tour.

IV. Cancellation policy

Since I do not require a deposit, there are no cancellation fees. However, I kindly request that customers notify me of any cancellations as soon as possible.

If you have paid in advance, a full refund will be provided for cancellations made at least 10 days before the tour. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the tour date.

V. Arbitration

Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these Terms and Conditions is subject to French law.
In the absence of an amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the Commercial Court of Caen.
